Reporting on your SecurTrac logs

- The combination of the thorough monitoring of your Lotus Notes environment, with its logs in SecurTrac and the visual presentation of those aspects that are of most interest to you by Integra's reporting capabilities, will proof to be very valuable. You can schedule these reports for a periodic update, or have up to date information available when assessing the security throughout your systems.
Reports can be triggered manually or run on a scheduled basis and then can be e-mailed out or stored back into a Notes document or the file system. Imagine running a monthly report which analyses and reports on the impact of mail usage in your environment.
How do I run Integra Reports?
Integra for SecurTrac’s reports can be generated directly from inside the SecurTrac logs using a Lotus Notes™ client or Microsoft Internet Explorer™ browser. One specific report, the Document History Report, can also be run from within the database which you are logging with SecurTrac, allowing for instance the owner of the database to report on changes which occured on the data. All reports can also be scheduled to run automatically.
Reports can be brought up on screen, e-mailed, printed, stored to a Notes database, converted to PDF etc.
Report Customisation
Users of Integra for SecurTrac are able to change all visual and configuration aspects of the reports provided in the solution apart from the data content.
Once the data is exported to Excel, one can further utilise all facilities of Excel and further enhance and analyse the results. The Excel template used for the creation can be customized allowing changes to report layouts, colour schemes, choice of graphs and the additional of more formulae and graphs.
Options are available to set schedules, automate report distribution by e-mail and to save reports to the file system or to a Notes database. Creation of your own reports both from the SecurTrac logs as well as from any other Lotus Notes database can be achieved by upgrading to Integra for Notes™. No reinstallation is required.
Integra for Notes
Integra for Notes, the parent product of Integra for SecurTrac, allows the creation and running of reports from any Lotus Notes database pushing the results to Word™, Excel™ and PDF.
As Integra for Notes is capable of reporting on ANY database without the need for design-rights nor does it make changes in the design of those databases, it is perfect for creating your own reports whenever you want.
